These Terms of Service govern your use of AstraVeda, a digital astrology-reading service provided by TheDhingraStudio, operated by Chhavi Dhingra, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By visiting AstraVeda, submitting birth data, requesting a reading, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms. Do not use AstraVeda if you do not agree.
AstraVeda provides computer-generated Vedic astrology chart calculations and AI-assisted written readings based on birth data you submit.
The service may include a free introductory reading and a paid, one-time personalised report. A report may use chart factors such as planetary placements, ascendant, nakshatra, dasha context, your selected focus area, and, where offered, a selected forecast horizon.
AstraVeda does not provide subscriptions unless a future product page expressly says otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid reading. You may submit birth data only for yourself or for another person where you have that person’s permission or legal authority to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted data is accurate. An incorrect birth time, date, or location can materially change chart calculations and the generated report.
Paid reports are offered for the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal. A paid report is generated only after AstraVeda successfully verifies payment.
Paid reports are personalised digital products delivered electronically. AstraVeda currently does not provide customer accounts or guarantee permanent online access to a report. You should download or save your report once it becomes available.
PayPal may apply its own terms, currency-conversion rules, and payment-processing practices. We do not control those practices.
Where applicable law requires it, before paid report generation begins you will be asked to give express consent to immediate supply of personalised digital content and to acknowledge any resulting loss of a cancellation or withdrawal right.
Once personalised report generation has started, refunds are generally unavailable except as described in our Refund Policy or where applicable law gives you a non-excludable right.
AstraVeda readings are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and self-awareness only. Astrology is symbolic and interpretive. A report is not a factual prediction, guarantee, diagnosis, or professional assessment.
Do not use AstraVeda content as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, relationship, or other professional advice. Seek advice from a qualified professional when you need it.
Parts of eligible reports are generated with artificial intelligence using calculated chart information. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, generalisations, or interpretations that do not apply to your circumstances.
Chart calculations and interpretations also depend on the data you submit and the assumptions used by the service. We do not guarantee that every calculation, interpretation, remedy, or forecast will be accurate, complete, or useful for every person.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, download, and keep your completed report for personal use.

AstraVeda is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheDhingraStudio and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, financial, business, or personal losses arising from use of AstraVeda or reliance on a report.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim related to a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific report. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Your use of AstraVeda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of AstraVeda after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
